Guy Dunn,
a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, locally owns four territories of the
Geeks on Call franchise; one of the fastest growing on-site
computer support franchises in the United States. Initially covering the Philadelphia Metro
area (including Main Line, Delaware County, Chester County and King of Prussia),
Guy’s franchise empire recently expanded to the New York City metro area. With
this expansion, he now covers the 5 boroughs of New York City and surrounding
counties, including some areas of New Jersey, bringing his total number of territories
to 8—making him both the largest
African American and 5th largest Geeks on Call franchise holder,
nationwide.
A
self-proclaimed professional networker, Guy credits the success of his businesses
to networking and branding, sharing his experiences and insight in a networking
newsletter. With a readership of more
than 1,000 this newsletter keeps local area professionals abreast of networking
events in the Suburban Philadelphia area, and has spawned into a few offshoots.
Specifically, an online monthly magazine entitled, “Guy’s Networking Newsletter
Biz and Tech Magazine” as well as two books entitled, “ Networking For Business
in Good and Bad Times” and “Maybe You CAN Do It Yourself—Quick Computer Fixes
For The Non-Geek,” a self-help reference manual to help people navigate some of
their technical issues on their own.
A husband and father of
four, Guy Dunn resides in the Greater Philadelphia Area with his wife, Judi. An
entrepreneurial spirit, Guy enjoys teaching others how to become more effective
entrepreneurs while helping them grow professionally and individually. Guy is involved in the following

Exchange, West Chester Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Referral Network, and
Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce.
